Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TieOut TR. By creating an account, signing in, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you use TieOut TR on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

TieOut TR provides AI-assisted technical review for Excel workbooks, including file analysis, finding summaries, chat-based follow-up, and generated reports.

The service is intended to support professional judgment, not replace it. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for financial, business, accounting, legal, tax, investment, or other decisions.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including files uploaded and actions taken through the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account has been compromised, used in violation of these terms, or used in a way that could harm TieOut TR, other users, or third-party services.

You retain ownership of the workbooks, files, prompts, and other content you submit to TieOut TR. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, display, and store that content to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your content. Do not upload files unless you have the right to do so and are comfortable processing them through a cloud-based AI review workflow.

TieOut TR may generate findings, explanations, reports, and other output using automated systems and AI models. Output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case.

You are responsible for independently validating any output before using it. TieOut TR does not provide accounting, audit, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.

Paid features may require a subscription or other payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your use of Stripe checkout or billing tools may be subject to Stripe's terms and policies.

Subscription fees, billing intervals, trial terms, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are presented at checkout or in your account. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may not use TieOut TR to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, overload infrastructure, or use the service to build a competing product where prohibited by law or agreement.

You may not submit content that you are not authorized to process or content that creates unreasonable security, privacy, or compliance risk for TieOut TR.

TieOut TR relies on third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, AI processing, analytics, and payments. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Your use of third-party integrations, including Google sign-in and Stripe billing, may be governed by those providers' own terms and privacy policies.

TieOut TR is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TieOut TR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. When we update these terms, we will update the date above. Continued use of TieOut TR after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access as described in these terms or where needed to protect the service, comply with law, or prevent misuse.
